Job Description
职位介绍
1．负责核心互动娱乐／游戏产品线的整体规划与设计，主导从0-1立项到1-10送代优化，全流程驱动产品落地。
2．完成用户研究、需求分析、竞品分析、模式设计，确保产品在目标市场具备竞争力。
3.跨部门协同落地与研发、前端、美术、测试、运营等团队保持高频沟通，输出清晰的产品文档与需求优先级，保障项目按期、高质量上线。
4.产品中台与方法论沉淀梳理并沉淀需求规范、文档模板、评审机制和指标体系，参与搭建公司游戏／互动娱乐产品中台，提升整体复用能力。
