• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong background in leading cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and customer experience (CX) teams. Ability to drive collaboration and alignment across different departments.
• User Research and Analysis: Experience in conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and translating user needs into product specifications and outcomes.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and updates to stakeholders across different time zones and functions.
