Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for the visual design and interactive design of growth products and operational activities for the platform's growth business on both the App and WEB platforms, including functionality iteration and redesign. Adhere to and refine design specifications to maintain consistency in product visual style.

- Possess a growth mindset, capable of analyzing user behavior through data metrics and feeding insights back into the growth business.

- Have a good understanding of business. Able to clearly comprehend the product business objectives and assess and organize corresponding design goals and priorities.

- Have a certain level of product and interaction thinking, capable of iterating through the interactive design process, closely collaborating with upstream and downstream teams to ensure project quality and timelines.

- Familiar with and continuously following design trends and various underlying strategies of large-scale growth activities, consistently optimizing and innovating the experience of growth products and operational activities.
