JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• With 10-12 years of experience finance operations specializing in Procure to Pay.
• With at least 5-8 years of experience in people management.
• With working experience in Shared services
• With experience P2P System with oracle fusion is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including requisitioning, purchase order management, invoice processing, vendor master data, and payments.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to P2P teams across Shared Services or BPO environments, ensuring high performance, scalability, and service excellence.
• Act as a key stakeholder in P2P systems management and enhancements, with hands-on involvement in Oracle Fusion P2P modules
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, capacity planning, and resource allocation for P2P functions.
• Support global transformation initiatives, including digitalization, robotics, and best-practice adoption in P2P.
