Job Summary

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory levels across the organization. This role ensures that materials and products are properly accounted for, stored, and distributed. The supervisor leads a team of inventory staff, implements control procedures, and collaborates with other departments to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory operations and staff activities
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy of records and physical counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize flow of goods
• Prepare inventory reports and provide data analysis for management decisions
• Train and mentor inventory personnel to ensure compliance with best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
