- invoice and billing validation
- cost control
- sourcing support
- and maintaining audit-ready procurement records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain, or related field
- 6 months experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or HR Operations with procurement exposure
- Experience in invoice validation, billing reconciliation, or timekeeping-based billing
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, trackers, basic analysis) Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
