Procurement Coordinator to facilitate international sales from the Fresh Pork and Manufactured Meat businesses, ensure market and supplier reporting is completed for best-in-class decision-making, and ensure the consumable supply remains uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier documentation, ensuring compliance with client's criteria and approval requirements.
- Oversee non-conformance management (NCR), including submission, tracking, and corrective actions.
- Maintain and update supplier reports, including market reports, scorecards, and reports.
- Process supplier claims, credits, and short delivery requests.
- Manage procurement, ensuring timely ordering and valid import permits.
- Coordinate export shipments, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Promote a strong safety culture, conduct safety walks, and support initiatives.
- Maintain accurate reporting and compliance with training and legislative requirements.
Skills, Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years Procurement experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (medium to advanced) and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze issues and provide strategic solutions.
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow.
