The Process & Quality Systems Lead is responsible for driving process improvements, conducting operational audits, and leading quality control initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that workflows in logistics, merchandising, finance, and store operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company standards. The position should also be familiar with Six Sigma methodologies, support ISO 9001 certification, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting to enhance overall business performance.

• Analyze and optimize workflows across logistics, merchandising, finance, and store data automation.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity using tools such as SAP, Power Automate, and Excel scripting.
• Collaborate with department heads to pilot and implement process upgrades.
• Develop and maintain audit frameworks for operational compliance and performance.
• Conduct regular audits across departments to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Define and monitor quality standards for data accuracy, product handling, and service delivery.
• Oversee quality checks in store visit reports, expiry tracking, RTV handling, and distribution performance.
• Work closely with merchandisers and supervisors to ensure consistent quality across 400 stores and 1,000 hotel/restaurant clients.
• Familiarity of Six Sigma methodologies to reduce process variation and improve quality.
• Train and mentor teams on Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, root cause analysis, control charts).
• Develop a roadmap for ISO 9001 certification, including documentation, gap analysis, and audit preparation.
• Coordinate with external consultants and certifying bodies.
• Maintain centralized dashboards and visual reports for management review.
• Document process changes, audit outcomes, and quality metrics for continuous improvement tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or operations auditing.
• Experience in food distribution, logistics, or retail operations is a plus.
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and certification processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
