Job Title: Outbound Sales / Lead Generation Specialist – Aesthetics & Wellness

Note: Experience in the aesthetics or wellness industry is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the sales team
• Follow-Up: Actively follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising
• Effective Communication: Utilize talking points to effectively engage prospects and communicate the value proposition of aesthetic treatments and services
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information on their needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring alignment with offerings
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system to streamline communication and follow-up processes
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales, preferably in a B2C environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and establishing trust with prospects
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the aesthetics or wellness industry
