Job Description

  • Contact potential clients through outbound calls to promote products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Identify and qualify leads to establish a pipeline for future sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years in outbound sales or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong persuasiveness and negotiation abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
