• We are looking for a curious and creative Policy & Content Researcher/Writer to help us turn complex ideas into powerful narratives that shape conversations in education, media, and digital spaces. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging deep into research and transforming insights into engaging content that educates, influences, and sparks dialogue

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse key issues, trends, and policies shaping education, media, and digital storytelling.
• Develop high-quality written content, including research briefs, thought leadership articles, reports, and multimedia content scripts.
• Translate complex policy and industry information into clear, compelling storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Work closely with the founder and creative team to align research insights with strategic communication and campaign goals.
• Support the creation of content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and presentations.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and stakeholders to enrich research and content.
• Stay up to date with relevant industry developments and emerging thought leadership trends.

• A degree in Media Studies, Education, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in research and content writing - ideally in education, media, or social impact projects.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
• Strong research skills - able to gather, analyse, and synthesise information clearly and effectively.
• A creative mindset and genuine interest in making ideas accessible and actionable for broad audiences.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience conducting interviews and working with multiple sources is a plus
