Description
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree is required, but relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in plumbing, ideally in commercial settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in plumbing for commercial buildings, multi-skilled in civil works.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems; ensure compliance with regulations; troubleshoot issues.
- Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments, often in construction zones; may require lifting and long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team.
