Job description:

An Executive Driver provides safe, efficient, and reliable transportation for company executives, focusing on professionalism, discretion, and vehicle maintenance. Key duties involve chauffeuring to appointments, planning optimal routes, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and function (including basic checks/repairs), ensuring passenger comfort/privacy, and sometimes running errands, all while adhering to strict safety and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation: Safely drive executives to various destinations, coordinating schedules and routes.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in excellent running condition; report issues and manage maintenance schedules.
• Route Planning: Identify the best routes, avoiding traffic for timely arrivals.
• Professionalism: Maintain high standards of courtesy, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Coordination: Liaise with other staff, security, or family members as needed.
• Administrative Support: Assist with errands, documents, or other tasks as directed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record.
• Experience as an executive or personal driver (often 2+ years).
• Strong knowledge of local areas (Metro Manila/provinces).
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
