We are looking for Personal Assistant Cum Translator

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalize support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible as a Translator (Mandarin, Bahasa, English)

* Handle requests and queries appropriately

* Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

* Take dictation and minutes

Requirements:

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Required language(s): Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Candidate will act as a Personal Assistant for this job position.
• Salary range: RM3000 - RM4500
