Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Prioritize tasks and reminders for the executive
  • Track deadlines and follow up on action items
  • Plan daily, weekly, and long-term schedules
  • Act as the primary point of contact
  • Screen calls and visitors
  • Communicate on behalf of the executive when appropriate
  • Handle sensitive information securely
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making
  • Manage personal appointments and errands
  • Coordinate household or family-related tasks
  • Assist with personal projects or lifestyle management


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in some roles)
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage calendars, emails, and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required
  • Ability to travel if necessary
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Reliable, proactive, and well-organized
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
