What you'll focus on


Office Administration:

  • Manage office stocks and supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate with co-working companies and building administration for maintenance and other facility-related needs.


Onboarding of New Hires:

  • Ensure new hires are fully prepared before their first day, including tools procurement and workspace setup.
  • Welcome new employees and facilitate a smooth settling-in process.
  • Conduct HR orientation and manage the complete onboarding flow to integrate new hires effectively.


Offboarding:

  • Handle exit clearances and ensure timely processing of final pays.
  • Manage all offboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.


Employee Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the team in planning and executing engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support performance review processes and ensure relevant documentation and feedback are properly managed.


Employee Support:

  • Address employee queries and provide timely assistance and solutions.
  • Collaborate with a global team to handle HR matters across multiple countries.


Payroll and Benefit Administration:

  • Administer payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with employer policies and legal requirements.
  • Keep abreast of changes in HR laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.


HRIS Management:

  • Manage the HRIS to ensure the employee database is updated and accurate.


Support Other HR Initiatives:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational efficiency.


What you bring


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting People Operations is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Good grasp in payroll and benefits administration including basic labor law practices.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand data and generate insightful reports.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, especially in tasks related to maintaining accurate employee records and processing paperwork.
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multi-country environment.


Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in GoogleSuite, Microsoft Excel and HR software tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
