WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Process payroll accurately and within the required timelines
  • Monitor, record, and prepare summaries of company sales and expenditures
  • Manage billing tasks including client invoicing and accounts payable
  • Assist in compliance by coordinating permits and government-related requirements
  • Oversee supplier coordination and general office maintenance needs
  • Handle inbound calls and make sure they reach the appropriate contact person


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting functions
  • Knowledge of government benefits and compliance procedures is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
