  • Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and manage benefits administration.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in year-end reporting and audits.
  • Assist billing for clients

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, excellent communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
