- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
- Manage employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update payroll records and systems.
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits and deductions.
- Assist in payroll audits and reporting as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll and Billing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll software, strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and high discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll accurately, manage employee records, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in audits.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with standard working hours and performance under deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently.
