- Manages and monitors claims payments
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of payment documentation
- Validates amounts and coordinates with Finance for discrepancies
- Maintains updated records for checks and supporting forms
Qualifications:
- Preferably Finance or Accounting graduate / with Accounting experience (not strictly required)
- Open to candidates with experience in collection or related admin/finance work
- Minimum of 3–6 months relevant experience in outbound email communication
