Prepare and create a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, including plated desserts for service
Develop and innovate dessert menus aligned with the restaurant's culinary direction
Ensure all desserts are made to a high standard and presented with elegance and precision
Manage pastry inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation and waste
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen cleanliness
Collaborate with other chefs to coordinate production and timing for service
Train and supervise junior pastry staff (if applicable)
Maintain detailed records of recipes, techniques, and production schedules
Support kitchen operations during peak hours when needed

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
Formal culinary or pastry training is preferred
Strong knowledge of French or European pastry techniques (preferred for fine dining)
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for high-quality desserts
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
Good organizational and time-management skills
