About the Role: 

We’re seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal Team Lead to oversee our PH-based paralegal team and ensure exceptional support for UK solicitors and legal teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent written and spoken English, and proven expertise in legal documentation and case management. 

You will supervise day-to-day workloads, ensure quality output, manage escalations, and uphold high service standards for UK-based clients. 

What You’ll Do 

In this role, you will lead a team supporting UK-based solicitors and legal departments. Excellent written and spoken English is essential, as you will be communicating with clients, courts, and partners in the UK. 

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of paralegals handling UK cases 

• Oversee daily task allocation, productivity, and quality of work 

• Assist UK solicitors with complex case management matters 

• Review, edit, and verify accuracy of legal documents and correspondence created by the team 

• Ensure best practices in case file management, document organisation, and record systems 

• Conduct advanced legal research and guide the team on UK-specific requirements 

• Liaise professionally with UK clients, solicitors, courts, and third parties 

• Monitor deadlines, case milestones, and ensure timely completion of team deliverables 

• Supervise or prepare comprehensive document bundles for UK hearings and submissions 

• Manage escalations, facilitate training, and drive continuous process improvements 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field 

• At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role 

• Preferably 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience 

• Strong understanding of legal terminology, case procedures, and UK legal documentation 

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (essential) 

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a small team 

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

• Willing to work onsite in Alabang during UK hours
