  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
  • Organize and maintain documents in paper filing systems drafting and organizing transactional legal documents
  • Obtaining, preparing and/or, filing various documents, certificates, statements, amendments, and forms, forming limited liability companies
  • Can transact with various government agencies

Requirements

  • Graduate of Legal Management or equivalent
  • 2-3 yrs experience as Paralegal/Legal Assistant
  • Familiarity with labor law and practices
  • Experience working in a law firm
  • Can start ASAP
