Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to enhance campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments.
Set up and optimize retargeting and lookalike audiences to improve engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Implement A/B testing for ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies.
Stay updated on Google and Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, along with strategic recommendations.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reach business objectives.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking technologies to measure campaign effectiveness.

Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a track record of success.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking tools.
Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or local business advertising is a plus.
Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are a plus.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Experience with third-party automation and bid management tools such as AdEspresso, Skai, or Smartly.io.
Knowledge of SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
