KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in resourcing and evaluating potential suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders based on company needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery, schedules, and invoice issues.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid shortages.
• Assist in negotiating prices and contracts under supervision.
• Support the procurement team in maintaining up-to-date procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

• Graduate in any 4-year course or related in field
• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing in the construction industry.
• With knowledge of supply chain and procurement practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with occasional visits to suppliers or the warehouse.
