Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels across all locations and ensure appropriate product allocation to meet sales and demand forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends and historical data to support allocation and purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with buyers and planners to execute allocation strategies in line with business objectives.
• Communicate with suppliers to track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update purchase orders, allocation schedules, and related documentation in inventory and ERP systems.
• Work with logistics and warehouse teams to manage stock transfers and optimize supply chain processes.
• Prepare and present reports on stock movements, allocation performance, and purchase order statuses.
• Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice matching, and supplier correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Retail Management, or any business-related field.
• An experience in allocation, purchasing, or inventory management is an advantage (but not required).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a good understanding of supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory or ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
