We're Hiring: Marketing Automation Assistant

Join our team and help streamline marketing processes, automate workflows, and create impactful marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with marketing tools and AI systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) with the ability to format, organize, and manage marketing materials efficiently.
• Ability to generate customized marketing reports, perform quality and accuracy checks, and ensure data consistency.
• Experience working with AI tools such as Gemini, updating prompts and inputs including country, target market, and business industry details.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working within repeatable workflows using HubSpot CRM.
• Skilled in converting reports into marketing assets such as brochures (Google Docs, Canva, HTML) and future presentation decks.
• Capable of handling file conversions, including PDF to HTML, while maintaining formatting integrity.
• Full-time role, following the US timezone
