Job Description
- Analyze business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources.
- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
- Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
- Create effective strategic planning methods.
- Assist Organization Development & Performance Management Supervisors in the implementation of the performance appraisal process within the company
- Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
- Create competency models for Job Description
- Recommend team-building exercises and workshops.
- Implement major changes in all organization chart of operation and Business unit
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligning with organizational goals.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
- Recommend training and development based on data gathered from KPI or score cards.
