Job Description
岗位职责
① 针对团队课题进行光学实验／组装；
② 跟踪光学技术动向并报告；
③ 设计光学要素单元（硬件）。
具体业务内容
① 光学计量／干涉计量系统研发、算法构建与评估等；
② 需精通光学仿真／设计、公差分析、精密光学材料与加工、耦合工艺、性能测试；
③ Zemax／CodeV 加分。
任职资格
① 具备光学知识；
② 能支持并评价光学实验；
③ 有光学相关工作经验，年限不限；
③ 会用 Zemax／CodeV／LightTools 者更佳。
加分项
- 具备积极性、责任感、沟通与协作能力。
Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00
Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
