Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning and Execution
• Plan and execute wallet user growth campaigns to boost user engagement and deposit volumes.
• Continuously optimize campaign strategies and incentive mechanisms based on data feedback and market trends.
• Oversee campaign design, implementation, and post-campaign analysis.
• User Acquisition and Retention
• Develop user acquisition strategies to convert new users into active wallet users through viral growth, task systems, and incentive programs.
• Monitor user retention and usage pathways, identify issues, and propose improvement measures.
• Product Operations Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and marketing teams to drive user adoption of core wallet features.
• Deeply understand product features and lead user education and outreach initiatives.
• Data Analysis and Optimization
• Track key wallet operation metrics (registration conversion rate, card activation rate, deposit volume, Earn participation, retention rate, etc.).
• Use data analysis to inform campaign design and product optimization, improving overall operational efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, FinTech, or Blockchain-related fields;
• At least 2 years of operational experience in crypto wallets, exchanges, or Web3 projects, with successful campaign planning and execution cases;
• Familiar with Web3 user growth tactics and possess in-depth knowledge of wallet products (e.g., MetaMask, OKX Wallet, Phantom);
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical, summarization, and project management skills.
