Responsibilities

1. Oversee the Event Operations Department, developing quarterly and monthly event plans for the exchange platform.

2. Strictly manage event quality and ROI across all department initiatives, drive innovation and iteration, and be accountable for user acquisition, trading volume, and revenue targets.

3. Establish and maintain cross-departmental collaboration SOPs—including event calendars, GTM plans, and action plans—and continuously refine the quality and effectiveness of event marketing.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in large-scale and innovative event operations; fluent in Chinese and English.

2. At least 2 years of management experience, having led a team of at least five; adept at using tools to build team management frameworks.

3. Prior experience in CEX/Web3 is preferred, or being a power user of an exchange.

4. Proven track record of collaborating with brand, marketing, and product teams on large-scale event GTM plans, and in communicating and managing action plans for event execution.
