Support Marketing Campaign Operations:

Based on the company’s marketing strategies and timelines, participate in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure campaigns go live on schedule and conduct post-campaign evaluations.

Data Analysis & Insights:

Analyze market and platform data to generate business insights and develop corresponding marketing strategies and operational plans. Responsible for managing campaign budgets, monitoring data, and conducting performance reviews. Evaluate campaign effectiveness (such as GMV, user growth, conversion rates, etc.) and propose optimization recommendations.

Requirements:

• Familiar with the end-to-end marketing campaign planning process, with experience independently handling large-scale campaign execution.
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, capable of driving decisions through data.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; able to communicate in English.
