We are looking for a dynamic Operations Head to lead the day-to-day management of our dialysis center while driving future expansion. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, patient-centered care, and compliance with healthcare standards. The Operations Head will oversee center operations, optimize resources, manage financial and operational performance, and coordinate across departments to deliver seamless workflows. Beyond daily operations, the role will also play a key part in identifying new opportunities, setting up additional centers, and building scalable processes for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dialysis center, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality of patient care.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and patient-first service.
• Implement and improve systems for inventory, staffing, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with medical, administrative, and corporate teams to streamline processes.
• Support business expansion by identifying suitable locations, establishing operational frameworks, and ensuring smooth center roll-outs.
