Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Responsible for designing and executing on-platform copy-trading campaigns, conducting post-campaign reviews and optimizations to continuously improve conversion rates and user engagement;

User Operations: Plan and implement user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives based on the copy-trading user lifecycle to enhance overall user penetration;

Data Insights: Utilize data analysis and market trends to continuously optimize operational strategies and actions;

Product Operations: Deeply understand the logic of the copy-trading product, propose product optimizations with tangible impact on growth, and drive sustained business expansion.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English as a working language; experience in overseas markets is a plus;

Bachelor’s degree or above; study-abroad background preferred;

At least 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in crypto, finance, or internet industries preferred;

Hands-on experience in user and product operations;

Basic data analysis skills; candidates with a solid understanding and experience in user growth are preferred.
