職務内容：
1. 会社の事業発展に基づき、取引プラットフォームにおける契約業務全体の運営体系の構築を担当いたします。
2. 契約ユーザー体系の構築、新規ユーザー獲得、ユーザーの転換及び維持、並びにプラットフォームユーザーコミュニティの運営を担当いたします。
3. プラットフォームにおける契約関連イベントの企画、実施、及び効果の評価を担当いたします。
4. 契約プロダクトの最適化を担当し、商品部門及び技術部門と連携し、進捗の管理並びに機能実現に努めます。
5. 契約運営チームの編成及び日常のコミュニケーションや調整などの管理業務を担当いたします。
6. データに敏感であり、運営データを活用して運営戦略を策定いたします。
