Job Description

Versa Group Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Administrative) to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our office in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient running of our administrative functions and supporting the broader business objectives.


What you'll be doing

  • Managing and coordinating all administrative activities, including office management, facilities management, procurement, and HR support
  • Overseeing the work of administrative staff and ensuring high levels of performance and productivity
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely and effective administrative support
  • Monitoring and reporting on operational metrics to identify areas for optimization
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies


What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, including at least 2 years supervising a team of 5+ staff
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Thorough understanding of office management best practices and experience in implementing process improvements
  • Proficient in the use of productivity tools and enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM, and HR management systems)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field required
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and verbal) required
