Description

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage budgets, resources, logistics and procurement of goods efficiently.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve strategic goals and ensure project/client schedules are achieved.
Identify and mitigate potential operational inefficiencies safety, supply chain, equipment, and quality risks that could negatively affect the production of core products.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance weekly.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively, and come up with proposed solutions.
QA/QC plans and tracking to ensure KPI's are achieved.
Implementing quality assurance measures for products and services ensuring that the organization meets industry standards and customer expectations

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Business Operations Manager (10-15 years of experience)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proactive and schedule-driven.
Knowledge of business processes, budget management, and resource allocation.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in using operational software and productivity tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management.
Oil and Gas/Construction/Manufacturing Management experience
Ability to work overseas
