Description
- Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch and efficient warehouse management.
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage a team, providing guidance and training to improve efficiency and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in strategic plans operation, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and leadership.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee logistics, manage vendor/client relationships, ensure compliance, and optimize processes.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with teamwork emphasis.
- Qualities and Traits: Goal-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and computer savvy, particularly with SAP ERP systems.
