We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our Customs Brokerage operations. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the efficient movement of services, ensuring timely delivery and optimizing costs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Business Administration, or broad experience in Customs Brokerage
• Proven experience as Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within the Customs brokerage or in relation to;
• Strong knowledge of Customs Brokerage processes, including transportation, shipment management, and distribution
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize operations and address challenges effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in operations
• A proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
