职位名称：运营经理 / 交易运营（数字资产方向）
岗位职责
交易与用户增长运营：负责交易深度、流动性、转化率、留存率、MAU/DAU 等核心指标；制定并推动交易运营、活动运营及增长策略落地。
活动与激励机制：设计、执行并持续优化增长活动、推荐计划及激励结构，提升交易量与用户活跃度。
日常运营与流程优化：优化 KYC、充值、提现等关键流程，在保障风控质量的前提下提升通过率与效率；负责运营 SOP 制定与流程标准化。
跨部门协作：与产品、交易、市场、风控及合规团队紧密配合，确保运营稳定、高效推进。
代理与渠道运营：管理代理渠道，协同代理团队开展用户运营与交易增长相关工作。
任职要求
3–5 年一线平台运营或交易运营相关经验；
具备较强的业务分析能力、运营策略与增长策略设计能力；
能在高压、快节奏环境中推动产品、技术与市场协同达成目标；
本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、工程等相关背景优先；
中英文可作为工作语言进行沟通。
