Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of OneTech AI, ensuring smooth cross-department collaboration.
• Develop operational policies, SOPs, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and office administration.
• Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and financial regulations in Singapore and other regions.
• Work with leadership to manage budgets, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or project management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus for regional operations).
• Experience in finance, HR processes, or compliance in Singapore is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
