About the Role
We are expanding our service coverage across Malaysia and are looking for freelancers to join our Service Team. Your role is to help retailers set up coupons on our platform, both online or offline.
Because our program operates nationwide, we can’t always visit retailers physically — that’s why we need local service partners like you.
What You’ll Do
As a Service Team Member, you will:
- Be added to our official WhatsApp Service Group
- Respond to service requests from retailers in your area
- Visit retailer shops (or assist them online)
- Help retailers set up coupons on our platform
