The Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating pest control service operations, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of field and marketing activities. The role involves both operational oversight and active participation in sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations and Sales:

• Coordinate daily pest control service operations, including scheduling, team deployment, and service quality monitoring.
• Support sales growth by identifying potential clients, preparing quotations, and assisting in client meetings.
• Align and work closely with the Sales Admin Assistant in tracking client accounts, service performance, and sales reports.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service follow-up.

Marketing and Business Development:

• Participate in marketing initiatives such as creating brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Represent the company in pest control events, exhibits, and trade fairs.
• Assist in online and field marketing efforts to promote company services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Agriculture, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in operations or sales, preferably in pest control or service-related industries.
• Knowledgeable in pest control practices is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• With basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools for marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (motorcycle and/or four-wheeled vehicle).
• Owning a motorcycle is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
