We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst/Specialist to support our operations and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a BPO environment, with strong technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools. This role will play a key part in driving business insights and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver accurate analytics solutions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by providing actionable data-driven insights.
• For certain roles: interact with and utilize Power Plant PI Systems for monitoring and analysis.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst – Operations & Analytics, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Strong background in data analytics and performance reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exposure to Power Plant PI Systems is non-negotiable for some roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
