About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic
Operations and Sales Lead to manage daily operations, drive revenue, and elevate the overall member experience within the coworking and office spaces. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about operational efficiency, team leadership, and building vibrant work communities.
Responsibilities:
Center Operations
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and professional experience for members.
- Streamline systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards for cleanliness, consistency, and quality of service.
- Address operational concerns promptly to maintain smooth functioning of the center.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team to achieve performance and engagement goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and support team development initiatives.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Increase member acquisition, engagement, and retention to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and local outreach initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Develop initiatives to strengthen community engagement and member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in coworking, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer experience and community building.
- Proficient in using data to guide decisions and improve performance.
