1. Lesson Planning & Instruction

• Prepare and deliver engaging online lessons tailored to students’ learning levels.

• Use digital tools and teaching platforms to enhance the learning experience.

• Adapt teaching methods to fit different learning styles and student needs.

2. Student Support & Progress Monitoring

• Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and discussions.

• Provide feedback and guidance to improve understanding and performance.

• Offer personalized tutoring and one-on-one mentoring when necessary.

3. Communication & Administrative Tasks

• Schedule lessons and manage student attendance.

• Maintain records of student progress and performance.

• Communicate with students, parents, or guardians regarding academic progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (preferred).

• Teaching experience or tutoring experience (in-person or online) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with online teaching tools (Google Classroom, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Kahoot).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
