Job Title: Travel Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a Travel Customer Service Representative to assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and support. You will handle calls, emails, or chats, provide accurate information about flights, accommodations, and travel packages, and resolve issues to ensure a positive travel experience.

Qualifications:

• 6 months travel experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly and customer-focused
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Able to work on-site or remotely

Salary Package:

• ₱27,500 - ₱33,000 monthly

Sign on Bonus:

• ₱20,000

Training Start Date: January 12,2026

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and tour bookings
• Provide information on travel packages and policies
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues via calls, email, or chat
• Keep accurate records and deliver excellent service
