Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries through online platforms (Lazada and Shopee).
  • Coordinate with the online operations team to resolve customer concerns.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • REQUIRED: Atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience in automotive parts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or as a counter partsman.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Willing to be assigned to the Quezon City head office – ONSITE
  • Can start immediately
