Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Process orders, payments, and refunds.
- Assist with product and service support.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Communicate clearly and follow company guidelines.
- Coordinate with other teams for issue resolution.
- Meet performance and quality metrics.
- Gather and relay customer feedback.
