Job Summary:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Non-Voice Call Center Agent to join our support team.
• The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via chat, email, or ticketing systems—delivering timely and accurate information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or support tickets.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or team leads.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions clearly and thoroughly.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs), including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, policy changes, and process updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to data protection policies.

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
• HS or SHS grad; with or without work experience;
• 15MBPS Upload, 25MBPS Download
